01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and mb7ph ("mb7ph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the mb7ph website located at mb7ph.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the mb7ph Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mb7ph Platform.

mb7ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the mb7ph Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of mb7ph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

mb7ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as the UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, and passport. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of mb7ph services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) mb7ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mb7ph employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.

• You must provide truthful and accurate registration information at all times.
• You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You must not use a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's identity during registration.
• Corporate accounts and accounts registered by legal entities are not permitted on the mb7ph Platform.

mb7ph reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mb7ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

mb7ph strongly recommends that all players enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on their accounts. With 2FA active, a one-time PIN is sent to your registered Philippine mobile number each time a login is attempted from an unrecognized device.

• You must notify mb7ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• mb7ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• mb7ph may suspend or lock an account if suspicious activity is detected, pending verification.
• You must not attempt to access another player's account under any circumstances.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

mb7ph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions on the mb7ph Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your mb7ph account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status.
• mb7ph does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal cap for fully verified accounts.
• mb7ph does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's standard fees may apply.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• mb7ph reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

mb7ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your mb7ph account in accordance with the terms of each specific promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Some games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements.
• mb7ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mb7ph Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the bet is placed, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game or event.

• Bets may only be placed using available real-money or bonus funds in your mb7ph account balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the mb7ph system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• mb7ph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• mb7ph reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or series of bets at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, mb7ph's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

For sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events available on the mb7ph Platform, all results are determined based on official results published by the relevant governing body. mb7ph is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds used to settle markets.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mb7ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the mb7ph Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the mb7ph Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mb7ph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the mb7ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of mb7ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mb7ph Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the mb7ph Platform without prior written consent from mb7ph.
• The mb7ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of mb7ph. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party game providers on the mb7ph Platform remains the intellectual property of those respective providers.

10 Privacy & Data

mb7ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the mb7ph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mb7ph processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the mb7ph Platform.

• mb7ph will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• mb7ph may share your data with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

mb7ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their mb7ph account at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the mb7ph support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: mb7ph provides periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during active sessions.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their account will be temporarily suspended.

mb7ph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to gamble on the Platform. Players are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mb7ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the mb7ph Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, system outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond mb7ph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in third-party data feeds used to settle sports betting markets.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

mb7ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mb7ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Termination

mb7ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if mb7ph reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct on the Platform.
• Your account has been used for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to mb7ph.

Upon termination of your account, mb7ph will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account, less any amounts owed to mb7ph, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your mb7ph account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal procedures.

14 Amendments

mb7ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mb7ph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the mb7ph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the mb7ph website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and mb7ph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may submit a formal complaint to the mb7ph support team, which will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with mb7ph's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's player complaint procedures.
